This cozy village is still a pristine land, unaffected by the forces of urbanization, and the people just seem to be as beautiful as the land. A tiny droplet passes right in the center of the settlement and is a thrill splashing in. The purity of water, you can sense the holiness inside it. Kurangani is home to a lovely trekking way that will lead down to the Lower Camp and eventually to Munnar. The trekking path is of historical significance as it was the one used to transport provisions while their summer home at Munnar well during the British period. The township has small dining options and the meal is simple yet nutritious. A scanty Govt Transport service but the people don't bother it, as they are used to walking, The walk is a better choice if you ask me, while one can rejoice in the riches of natural surroundings and breathe in the fresh highland wave.
