Dibrugarh is an industrial city surrounded by sprawling tea estates in Assam, northeast India. It sits on the Brahmaputra River, and is home to the Radha Krishna Mandir, a Hindu temple constructed of marble. Hitendranath Barua Science and Culture Park features life-size animal sculptures and an open-air stage. Northeast of the city, Dibru Saikhowa National Park is an island reserve that attracts many migratory birds.
Tinsukia is an industrial town. It is situated 480 kilometres north-east of Guwahati and 84 kilometres away from the border with Arunachal Pradesh.Tinsukia serves as the headquarters of the Moran Autonomous Council, which is the governing council of the Morans.
Departure from Chennai airport. On arrival airport. Arrive Mohanbari Airport at Dibrugarh,then drive to Tinsukia ( 34 kms, 3-4 hrs drive). Check into a resort on arrival. Then go on a short trip to see the water dolphins amidst the setting sun over river Dibru and halt (the trip will depend upon the time of arrival).
Morning breakfast at Hotel. Then proceed to visit the Barekuri Village & view the Hollock Gibbon. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Proceed to Nam-Phake Village, Naharkatiya, after breakfast.Proceed to Digboi, one of the oldest refineries in India, after lunch (optional), stop at Digboi to visit the museum.
Morning breakfast at Hotel. Then proceed to visit the coal factory in Ledo,Margherita& return to Tinsukia. Overnight stay at Tinsukia.
Morning Breakfast and check out from Hotel. Then proceed towards Kaziranga National Park. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Take an Elephant Safari early in the morning to discover Kaziranga National Park's core range. Upon your return, take a Jeep tour of Kaziranga National Park's western range. Spend the night at Kaziranga.
Take a drive to Guwahati after breakfast. The Assam State Museum, the Assam State Zoo, Kalakshetra, the Balaji Temple, and an evening leisure river ride on the Brahmaputra are all worth seeing.
Morning Breakfast and then checkout from Hotel. Then proceed towards Guwahati airport. Finally drop at airport.
