Chhingpui : At Phulpui village in Aizawl district, there are two graves. Zawlpala, the chief of the village of Phulpui, married Talvungi of Thenzawl, a legendary beauty. She was subsequently married to Punthia, the Rothai chief. Yet Zawlpala could not forget her. After many years of Zawlpala 's death, Talvungi 's grief came to Phulpui, dug a pit beside the grave of Zawlpala, and caused an old woman to kill her, and bury her in the grave.
But she was kidnapped and murdered after a few years of marriage, and the lives of those happily married couples were broken. Kaptluanga was torn into pieces by the heinous incident and his life was stripped away. Today, this monument, one of Mizoram's most popular tourist destinations, recalls the legendary love story of Chhingpuii and Kaptluanga.
Vantawang Falls : One of the most interesting waterfalls in the North East is the highest waterfall in the state and the 13th highest in the world, the Vantawng Waterfalls. The drop of Vantawng is Mizoram's pride and one of its main attractions. The waterfall, which is situated 137 km from Aizawl, the capital, is a jewel of its own. It looks like a river of white milk from a distance, hidden between green valleys with dense greenery around the waterfall.

The festival is regularly celebrated in the first week of March. On the day of Chapchar Kut people of all ages gather on the festival ground getting dressed in all colorful attires.
Mizo Bland Food : Try to take the task of gulping Mizo food if you love to play with your food habits. Mizos do not use a lot of spices for their meals. They love to keep themselves bland. Soup is a part of their meal that is inseparable. You should try these at roadside food stalls to get the actual taste of the authentic Mizo cuisine. Bai is a traditional non-vegetarian Mizo dish prepared by steaming vegetables and matching them with pork, spinach, and bamboo shoot. You You should try out Vawksa Rep or Arsa Buhchiar as well.
