Day 0: The Journey Begins
? Night: Depart from MGR Chennai Central (MAS) on the Grand Trunk Express or Tamil
Nadu Express (depending on availability).
? The Journey: Relax in your reserved AC 2-Tier or 3-Tier berth. The overnight journey
takes approximately 13–14 hours, saving you a hotel night and getting you closer to the wild.
Day 1: Arrival & First Encounter
? Arrival: Reach Balharshah Junction (BPQ) or Chandrapur in the morning.
? Transfer: Meet the Rengha Holidays driver for a short, comfortable 1-hour drive (approx.
45 km) to Tadoba National Park.
? Check-in: Welcome drink and check-in at your luxury wildlife resort near the Moharli or
Kolara gate.
? Lunch: Enjoy a freshly prepared buffet lunch at the resort.
? Afternoon:
o Option A (Safari): Head out for your first Evening Jeep Safari in the core/buffer zone.
Keep your eyes peeled for Leopards, Sloth Bears, and the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger.
o Option B (Nature Walk): If safari permits are limited, enjoy a guided Nature Walk or birdwatching session near the Irai Lake to spot Marsh Crocodiles and water birds.
? Dinner: Dinner under the stars at the resort.
Day 2: The Kingdom of Tigers
? Morning (06:00 AM): Morning Jeep Safari. Enter the core zone as the forest wakes up.
This is the prime time to spot tigers marking their territory or walking along the tar roads.
Famous tigers like Maya or Choti Tara are often sighted here.
? Breakfast: Picnic breakfast inside the forest or return to the resort.
? Leisure: Relax by the pool or enjoy an informative documentary on tiger conservation in the
resort's conference room.
? Lunch: Wholesome lunch to fuel up for the afternoon.
? Evening (02:30 PM): Evening Jeep Safari. Explore a different zone (like Tadoba, Kolsa, or
Moharli) to maximize your sighting chances. Witness the golden light filtering through the
bamboo forests—perfect for photography.
? Night: Share your safari stories around a bonfire
